1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Depending on its nature, this data is processed under the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, on legal grounds such as processing expressly provided for by law, processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and processing necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation.

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

The personal data collected, such as your full name, telephone number, email address, address and data relating to legal proceedings, is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Providing legal consultancy, litigation management and representation services.
• Creating client records and managing case files.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to information requests from public authorities.
• Responding to your contact requests and managing appointments.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

To achieve the purposes described above and within the limits prescribed by law, your personal data may be shared with judicial authorities, public institutions and organisations, and our business partners, such as experts, translators and notaries, subject to the confidentiality obligations imposed by the rules of the legal profession. Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

The full name, telephone number (if provided), email address, subject and message entered in our website contact form may be transferred to WhatsApp for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. The form information is converted into a WhatsApp message link; opening the link prepares the message in WhatsApp. You must complete the sending action in WhatsApp for the message to reach our firm. The form does not send a message or email directly to our firm.

4. Rights of the Data Subject under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to our Law Firm to exercise the following rights concerning your personal data:

• Learning whether your personal data has been processed and requesting information if it has been processed.
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
• Requesting correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
• Requesting deletion or destruction when the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even if the data was processed in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable laws.
• Requesting notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
• Objecting to a result arising against you from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
• Requesting compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.
